Not only is Dr. Greg a Los Angeles native but he is true Bruin. He first completed his Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with honors. He then continued his training and earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the UCLA School of Dentistry, graduating as an inductee of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), the national honor dental society. Subsequently he continued and completed his residency training at the UCLA School of Dentistry with a Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and a Masters Degree in Oral and Craniofacial Biology, during which he served as Chief Resident. He continued to pursue excellence in orthodontics and earned his status as Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists shortly thereafter.
In conjunction to his clinical expertise, Dr. Greg continues to push the envelope of medicine and dentistry, authoring over 30 journals/books and presenting at over 100 meetings. He continues to educate the dental and orthodontic community as a lecturer at domestic and international conferences. Moreover, he is passionate about educating the public about orthodontics through his successful YouTube Channel, Braces Explained.
